You may use this website to learn about our products and services, request a quote, and book an appointment. Prices and availability shown here are estimates and may change; a written quote from our showroom is what we honor.
DRL Connect
DRL Connect is the customer, scheduling, and billing system DRL Carpet & Flooring uses to run its own business. It is not offered to the public. Only DRL Carpet employees and contractors who have been given a login may use it, and only to serve DRL Carpet customers: keeping contact details, booking and tracking jobs, sending appointment messages customers have agreed to, and keeping customer and invoice records in step with our accounting system, QuickBooks Online.
Logins are personal and may not be shared. DRL Carpet may add, change, or remove access at any time. Staff may look at and change only the customer information their job requires, and may not copy it out of the system or use it for anything other than DRL Carpet business.
Connected Services
DRL Connect exchanges customer and invoice information with QuickBooks Online and sends email and text messages through our messaging providers, under DRL Carpet's own accounts with those services. Their terms apply to the data they hold.
Your Information
How we collect and use customer information is described in our Privacy Policy. Text messaging is covered by our SMS Terms & Conditions.
No Warranty
This website and DRL Connect are provided as is. We work to keep them accurate and available but may change or stop them at any time.
