How text messages from DRL Carpet & Flooring work.

Program Description
DRL Carpet & Flooring sends two kinds of text messages, and you agree to each one separately:
- Appointment texts: confirmations, day-before reminders, and updates from our crews, plus replies to questions you text us.
- Offers: occasional service offers for existing customers, such as a discount when our crew is already working in your area.
How You Opt In
You opt in by giving us your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts. Appointment texts and offers are always two separate choices, and you can say yes to one and no to the other:
- On our website quote form, there are two boxes. One says “Text me about my request and appointments with DRL Carpet & Flooring.” The other says “Text me occasional offers from DRL Carpet & Flooring.” Neither box is ticked for you, and you can send the form without them.
- When you book online, you agree to appointment texts by entering your mobile number under the statement “By entering your mobile number you agree to receive text confirmations and reminders about this appointment from DRL Carpet & Flooring.” Offers are a separate, unticked box that says “Text me occasional offers from DRL Carpet & Flooring.” Your confirmation also comes by email.
- In a showroom or by phone, for appointment texts only. Our staff ask: “Would you like to get text messages from DRL Carpet & Flooring about your appointment? Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time.” We record your answer on your customer profile. We do not sign anyone up for offers by a spoken yes; offers are agreed to in writing, with the offers box on our website forms.
Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. Expect a few messages around each appointment and no more than a few offers per month.

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
Opting Out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will get one confirmation text and nothing further. Reply START to get appointment texts again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
