Program Description
When you opt in, DRL Carpet & Flooring sends text messages about your appointments (confirmations, day-before reminders, and updates from our crews), replies to questions you text us, and occasional service offers for existing customers, such as a discount when our crew is already working in your area.
How You Opt In
You opt in by providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts when you book a service with us in our showroom, by phone, or through the quote form on this website. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. Expect a few messages around each appointment and no more than a few offers per month.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
Opting Out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will get one confirmation text and nothing further. Reply START to opt back in.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
