My carpet has ripples. Can it be fixed?
Almost always. Ripples mean the carpet has lost tension. We power-stretch it back to the tack strip, which is a quick, inexpensive repair compared to replacement.
Can you patch a burn or stain?
Yes, if there is matching carpet available. We often cut a donor piece from a closet floor and replace it with a remnant so the patch is invisible where it matters.
Can you fix an installation another company did badly?
Yes. Several reviews describe DRL correcting installs by builders or other installers.
Do you repair hardwood and vinyl plank too?
Yes, damaged boards or planks can be replaced individually when matching material is available. Bring a sample or a photo to the showroom.
