About Area Rug Cleaning
Area rugs trap more dirt than wall-to-wall carpet because there is nowhere for it to go. DRL cleans wool, synthetic, and specialty rugs at our own facility rather than on your floor, so both sides can be cleaned, rinsed, and fully dried before the rug comes home. Drop the rug at any of our three showrooms or schedule a pickup, and we return it ready to go back on the hardwoods.

Do you clean wool and oriental rugs?
Yes. Wool is dye-tested first and cleaned with a method that protects the fibers and colors.
Can you clean the rug in my home instead?
For large rugs that cannot be moved, yes, using the same extraction method as carpet cleaning. Off-site cleaning is more thorough when the rug can travel.
Do you offer pickup?
Yes across our Rhode Island and Massachusetts service area. Drop-off at any showroom is always free.
Can you fix the edges while you have it?
Yes. Rug binding is done in-house, so a frayed edge can be re-bound before the rug comes back.
