From first call to finished floor.
- Pick samples at any of our three showrooms, or book a free in-home visit and we bring them to you.
- We measure every room and stair, then send a written quote, often within a day.
- Choose your carpet and pad. We order it and give you an installation date you can plan around.
- Installation day: the crew removes the old floor, preps the subfloor, stretches in the new carpet, and cleans up.
- Walk the job with the installer before they leave. Anything you notice gets fixed on the spot.
Stairs and hallways
Staircases come up in dozens of our reviews, and for good reason: they are the hardest carpet job to get right. Our installers hand-fit each tread and riser so the pattern lines up, the nosing is tight, and nothing bunches at the landing. If you have hardwood stairs you want to protect, tell us at the estimate and we will plan the tack strip and padding accordingly.

Most in-stock carpets can be installed within one to two weeks of your order, and customers regularly mention same-week installs when a move or sale is on the clock. Special-order styles take longer; we will tell you the lead time before you commit.

Do you install carpet on stairs?
Yes. Stairs, landings, and hallways are a large share of the carpet work we do. Each tread is hand-fitted, and we can do a waterfall or wrapped (Hollywood) style depending on the look you want.

Do I need to move furniture?
